About the Trust

Anugya Kainkaryam Charitable Trust is founded to uphold the sacred tradition of Anugya Kainkaryam and Aagya Kainkaryam in our temples. Aagya Kainkaryam refers to things like Sandhyavandana and Mandated Anushtanas. Anugya Kainkaryam refers to the chanting of Veda parayanam, Divya Prabandham, and shlokas of Poorvacharyas on special and daily occasions in temples. Rooted in the ethos of “Sarveshameva Dharmanam Uthamo Vaishnavo Vidhihi”, the trust honors the vision that rendering Bhagavad Aradhanam is the foremost dharma for all Vaishnavas.

Our services include recitation of Vedas and Divya Prabandhams, temple cleaning, making garlands, offering deepams, and more. The trust is committed to supporting and honoring those who do the Aagya Kainkaryams to do do Anugya Kainkaryams by aiding them render these divine services in Divyadesams and other temples of Emperumal.

In the above Gita Shloka, Bhagavan insists Shrutis and Smritis are his orders being made based on people, Varna and culture. Whomever fails o obey them will not be considered Sri Vaishnavas thus even if they are my absolute devotees.

Our Motive

Our aim is to gather Sishta Srivaishnavas for daily and Utsavakala chanting of Vedam, Divya Prabandham, etc., in Divyadesams and temples, and to provide honorarium(Sambhavana) for their dedicated service. We also strive to support those who uphold the Vaidika tradition and foster a spiritually rich community.

Temples Served

We currently do Kainkaryas and sponsor inaugural Veda Parayanam and Divya Prabandham recitations at the following temples:

1. Shri Yerikatha Raman, Shri Karunakara Perumal Thirukovil, Madhuranthakam
2. Shri Aamaruviyappan Thirukovil, Therazhundhur
3. Shri Aaravamudhan Thirukovil, Thirukudandhai
4. Thanjai Mamani Thirukovil
5. Thiru Kandiyur Thirukovil
6. Thiruvelliyankudi Thirukovil

Monthly funds are provided for Vaidikas rendering Veda and Prabandham chanting at Madhuranthakam Sri Yerikatha Ramar Thirukovil. For other temples, amenities such as food, accommodation, and honorarium are provided during special occasions. Students learning Vedam and Prabandham are recognized with tests and rewards.
